By downloading, installing, or using Seance ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
Description of Service
Seance is a mobile party game where players guess celebrities based on hints. The App includes both free content and optional premium features available through in-app purchases.
User Conduct
When using the App, you agree to:
- Use the App only for lawful, personal entertainment purposes
- Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Not use the App to transmit any harmful, offensive, or illegal content
- Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the App
Intellectual Property
All content in the App, including but not limited to graphics, user interface, audio, video, text, and code, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Celebrity names and likenesses used in the game are used for entertainment and educational purposes. We do not claim any ownership or endorsement from the celebrities featured in the game.
In-App Purchases
The App offers optional premium features through in-app purchases:
- All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store
- Purchases are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or the policies of the respective app store
- Premium features are tied to your app store account and may be restored on other devices using the same account
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not warrant that:
- The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
- Defects will be corrected
- The App is free of viruses or other harmful components
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP.
Age Requirements
The App is intended for users of all ages. However, in-app purchases require appropriate parental consent for users under 18 years of age, as governed by app store policies.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
